Feasibility Study & Ideation

Industrial Design
Industrial design isn’t only about making products look nice; it’s also about creating wonderfully intuitive products that are a pleasure to use. With a focus on design ergonomics and optimizing the user experience, I can help you develop a breathtaking design for your product that can also serve as the foundation of your brand’s form language.
Mechanical Design
Using SolidWorks CAD software, I develop mechanical solutions to overcome any product challenge. With extensive experience bringing products to mass production, I create designs that not only work, but can be manufactured economically using a wide range of common manufacturing methods like injection molding, sheet metal forming/welding, CNC machining, die casting, vacuum forming, and blow molding.
Prototyping
From 3D printed components for functional testing to beautiful production-quality CNC machined prototypes for a tradeshow or investor meeting, I work with a vast network of partners to create and deliver prototypes catered to your needs and budget. I also have some of the latest 3D printing capabilities in-house, which I use throughout the course of development to produce quick-turn prototypes for design validation.
Design for Manufacturing
Having brought countless products to market, I have a wealth of practical knowledge in what materials and manufacturing methods are best suited for particular applications. All of my production designs are fully detailed in CAD with all necessary details, such as draft angles, parting lines, and fillets for injection molded parts or PEM hardware and appropriate bend radii for sheet metal. The final design and finish specifications are captured in extensively detailed BOMs and drawings that can be shared with manufacturers for quoting and production.
Production
Over the course of my 16-year career, I’ve been fortunate to work with some of the most reliable and consistently amazing manufacturing partners, both locally and overseas. Leveraging the relationships I’ve built with my trusted network, I can help you produce and commercialize your final product.
Project Management
Keeping projects organized, on-time, and on-budget is what I do best. I use the cloud-based PM platform, ClickUp, to create custom timelines for every project I work on. This timeline then serves as our roadmap for the various phases of development, keeping us on track every step of the way. You’ll also receive a live link to the timeline at the start of every project, so you’ll have full visibility into our progress at any given time.
